The Yamaha EAD50 is an electronic acoustic drum module for drummers who want their acoustic kit to sound more consistent on stage, in recordings and in online content. Instead of setting up a full multi-mic rig every time, the included DSU50 sensor unit captures the whole kit in stereo from one position, then lets you blend that natural drum sound with built-in effects, samples and electronic sources.

Six assignable Modifier knobs give you hands-on control over key sound settings, so you can move from a clean practice sound to a more processed, studio-style drum tone without digging through menus mid-session.
