The Boss DD-500 Digital Delay is a powerful, professional delay pedal built for players who want maximum flexibility without compromising sound quality. Featuring 12 highly detailed delay modes, it covers everything from pristine digital echoes and warm analogue-style repeats to tape, shimmer, pattern, reverse, and expansive ambient textures.
With 32-bit AD/DA conversion, 32-bit floating point processing, and 96 kHz sampling, the DD-500 delivers studio-level clarity while preserving an analogue dry signal path. The large LCD screen makes deep editing intuitive, while onboard patch memory, MIDI, USB connectivity, and a built-in phrase looper make it equally at home on stage or in the studio.
Version 2 software expands routing options, adds new effects, and unlocks even more real-time control, allowing layered delays, external insert loops, and advanced expression assignments.
