Weighted Piano Feel for Focused Home Practice
The Yamaha YDP-146R Arius gives beginners and returning players an 88-key Graded Hammer Standard keyboard that feels heavier in the bass and lighter in the treble. Four touch settings let you adjust how the sound responds, while matte black keytops provide a secure feel under the fingers.
The Yamaha CFX piano voice delivers a rich, expressive sound, with VRM Lite adding the resonance created when strings, keys and pedals interact. Three pedals cover damper, sostenuto and soft functions, while half-pedalling gives you finer control over sustain. The 8 W x 2 amplifier and twin 120 mm (4.72”) speakers use diffuser grilles to project clear, balanced sound across the room.
Ten voices, 353 preset songs, a metronome and two-track recording support practice and exploration. Two headphone sockets allow quiet playing, and a bench is included.
