Compact TransAcoustic playability with immersive built-in ambience
The Yamaha TAS1 C in Sand Burst Gloss is a strong option for players who want a more compact acoustic that still feels full, modern and inspiring to pick up. Its concert cutaway body sits a little easier against the player than a larger dreadnought, which suits longer practice sessions, lighter strumming and more detailed fingerstyle work, while the solid Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides keep the tone warm, clear and balanced. The TransAcoustic system is the main attraction here, adding built-in reverb, chorus and delay that project from the guitar itself, so solo playing feels more spacious without needing external gear. Bluetooth audio support is useful for backing tracks and play-alongs, and the rechargeable battery with magnetic charging makes for quick recharges between practice sessions.
At Riffs & Licks Music, we think the TAS1 C is a clever choice for players who want a comfortable acoustic with built-in effects and everyday practice features that genuinely add value.
