Modern HSS Flexibility with a Fast Satin Neck and Gotoh Hardware

The Yamaha PACS+12 Pacifica Standard Plus combines an Alder body with a slim C-shape Maple neck that feels quick through position shifts without becoming insubstantial in the hand. Its Natural Smooth Satin finish keeps the back of the neck slick, while the Rosewood fingerboard, 350 mm (13.75") radius and 22 medium stainless-steel frets make bends feel clean and controlled across the board.

Reflectone pickups developed with Rupert Neve Designs give the HSS layout a clear, articulate voice, with solid lows and a crisp top end. The HS7n and HS7m single coils cover neck and middle positions, while the HH7b bridge humbucker adds more weight and punch. Pull the Tone control to split the bridge pickup for a leaner sound, with the five-way selector keeping the switching familiar and intuitive.

Gotoh locking tuners and a Gotoh 510T FE-1 two-point tremolo handle tuning and pitch movement, while the White Pearloid pickguard sets off the Fired Red finish. A gig bag is included.
