Fully Weighted Piano Feel in a Compact, Portable Format
The Yamaha P-45B is built for players who want proper 88-key piano practice without the size of a furniture-style cabinet instrument. Its Graded Hammer Standard keyboard is fully weighted, with more resistance in the bass and a lighter feel toward the treble, helping technique translate more naturally to an acoustic piano. Matte-finished black keys add a little extra grip during longer practice sessions.
Yamaha’s AWM Stereo Sampling delivers 10 onboard voices, with 64-note polyphony and four reverb types adding space around the sound. At 11.5 kg (25.4 lb) and just 295 mm (11.6") deep, the P-45B is easy to move between rooms, lessons or rehearsals while still giving you the full 88-note range. USB TO HOST connects the piano to a computer or compatible device, while headphone and sustain-pedal connections cover private practice and conventional pedal control. A music rest, sustain pedal and AC adaptor are included.
