The Yamaha FGX3 Red Label Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar, finished in Vintage Natural, takes its inspiration from the original and iconic "Red Label" Yamaha acoustic of the '60s; the same models that appeared onstage at Woodstock. A custom-treated solid Sitka Spruce top, combined with solid Mahogany back and sides, and a new scalloped bracing pattern give the FGX3 greater projection, more balance, and a tone that genuinely recreates the tone and sustain of aged tonewoods. This tone is translated expertly by Yamaha's flagship Atmosfeel three-way pickup system.
