Rosewood Dreadnought Depth with Solid Spruce Clarity
The Yamaha FG830 AB in Autumn Burst is a solid-top dreadnought acoustic built for players who want a strong, resonant voice with a more refined finish. Its solid Spruce top gives the guitar clear response and projection, while Rosewood back and sides add rich overtones, deeper low-end character and improved sustain.
The dreadnought-style body gives the FG830 plenty of acoustic presence for strumming, chord work and singer-songwriter playing. Newly developed scalloped bracing helps the guitar respond with balance and openness, while the abalone inlay around the soundhole adds a more luxurious look against the Autumn Burst gloss finish.
The Nato neck has a matt finish and is paired with a Rosewood fingerboard, 400 mm (15 3/4") radius, 20 frets and a 650 mm (25 9/16") scale length. A 43 mm (1 11/16") urea nut, Rosewood bridge, die-cast chrome machine heads and tortoise-pattern pickguard complete the acoustic setup.
At Riffs & Licks Music, we think this Yamaha FG830 is a great option for players who want a solid Spruce dreadnought with Rosewood depth, strong sustain and a polished Autumn Burst look.
