The Yamaha DXS18 mk3 is a 2500W powered PA subwoofer designed for users who need serious low-frequency impact from the largest model in the DXS mk3 range. Its 18" long-excursion high-durability speaker unit uses a 4" voice coil, giving the subwoofer the movement, strength and control needed for deep bass reproduction in demanding live sound, DJ and venue systems.

The ideal bandpass cabinet structure helps reduce unwanted cabinet and wind noise, allowing the DXS18 mk3 to produce clear, powerful sub bass even at high output. With a maximum 134 dB SPL and D-XSUB processing that can extend low-frequency response down to 32Hz, this subwoofer is built for systems where kick drum, bass guitar, synth lows and electronic low-end need physical weight and definition.

The 2500W Class-D amplifier and 96kHz internal DSP support high output with flexible system control. Crossover, delay, EQ, routing and presets can be adjusted from the rear LCD panel, while the D-Remote app allows Bluetooth control from iOS and Android devices. Cardioid mode helps manage stage-side low-frequency spill when using two or more DXS mk3 subwoofers.
