The Yamaha DXS12 mk3 is a 2500W powered PA subwoofer designed for users who need deep low-frequency support in the most portable DXS mk3 format. Its 12" long-excursion high-durability speaker unit uses a 3" voice coil, giving the subwoofer the strength and control needed to produce clear bass beyond what its compact size suggests.
The ideal bandpass cabinet structure helps reduce unwanted cabinet and wind noise, allowing the DXS12 mk3 to deliver clean, controlled sub bass at high output. With a maximum 132 dB SPL and D-XSUB processing that can extend low-frequency response down to 38Hz, this subwoofer adds weight and definition to kick drums, bass instruments, DJ playback and small to medium PA systems.
The 2500W Class-D amplifier and 96kHz internal DSP give users detailed control over crossover, delay, EQ, routing and presets from the rear LCD panel. Bluetooth control through the D-Remote app allows remote adjustment from iOS and Android devices, while cardioid mode helps reduce stage-side low-frequency spill when using two or more DXS mk3 subwoofers. Dual M20 and 35mm pole sockets make speaker mounting practical across different setups.
