Deep 15" Low-End with 134 dB Output and Advanced DSP Control
The Yamaha DXR15 mkIII is a 2-way powered PA speaker built for front-of-house, live music and DJ applications that need strong low-frequency presence without sacrificing clarity. Its 15" LF driver and 1.75" HF diaphragm are driven by a 2000W peak Class-D amplifier, delivering 1000W RMS and up to 134 dB SPL. Frequency response extends from 46 Hz to 20 kHz.
Advanced FIR-X tuning minimises phase distortion, while Drive Motion Calibration corrects LF driver movement for more linear bass reproduction. Dedicated FOH/Main, Monitor, DJ, Live Music and Speech DSP modes adapt the speaker to different jobs, with AUTO V/H Position automatically responding to cabinet orientation. An intelligent feedback suppressor helps control problematic frequencies in real time.
Bluetooth 5.0 supports wireless audio streaming, while Yamaha’s D-Remote app provides remote access to level, EQ, delay, crossover, feedback suppression and presets. The enclosure measures 447 mm (17.6”) wide, 699 mm (27.5”) high and 380 mm (15.0”) deep, weighing 21 kg (46.3 lb).
