Crafted with an alder/maple/alder body construction, the BB735A ensures exceptional resonance and sustain. The hard maple centre enhances midrange tones, allowing your bass to cut through the mix with precision. The 6-bolt mitre neck joint, a signature feature of the BB700 series, fuses the neck and body more efficiently, contributing to outstanding sustain and resonance.

Equipped with YGD custom V7 pickups with Alnico V magnets, this bass produces a thick yet penetrating tone. The active circuit, featuring a specially tuned active/passive circuit, provides fine tonal control and flexibility. The circuit has been retuned for crisper tones, improved mids, and a seamless transition between treble control and master passive tone. The Convertible Bridge and Saddle of the Vintage Plus bridge offer versatile setup options. Strings can be strung through the bridge or body, with convertible brass saddles providing two angles for tone adjustments.
