Tama WBS42S MBR Starclassic Walnut/Birch 4-Piece Shell Pack Molten Brown Burst
Walnut Warmth with Birch Attack in a Flexible Four-Piece Shell Pack
The Tama WBS42S Starclassic Walnut/Birch shell pack combines Walnut and Birch to balance low-to-mid frequency warmth with the clear attack and higher-frequency projection of Birch. The hybrid shell design gives the kit a sound that is warm through the body of each drum while retaining definition when you dig in.
The four-piece configuration includes a 22" × 16" bass drum, 10" × 8" tom, 12" × 9" tom and 16" × 14" floor tom. An MTH1000 Double Tom Holder is also included, giving the two rack toms a central mounting point for efficient setup and pack-down. The Molten Brown Burst lacquer finish gives the kit a deep, figured look that complements its Starclassic construction and contemporary Walnut/Birch shell concept.
At Riffs & Licks Music, we think this shell pack is ideal for drummers who want a warm, full-bodied kit sound with enough Birch attack and projection to stay articulate in modern playing situations.
