Responsive PHA-4 Piano Action with Connected Learning Built In
The Roland FP-40 WH combines expressive acoustic-piano performance with modern learning and connectivity features in a slim White chassis. Its 88-key PHA-4 Standard keyboard uses fully weighted hammer action, escapement, Ivory Feel keys and triple-sensor detection, giving repeated notes, trills and dynamic playing a natural, responsive feel. Roland’s Piano Reality sound engine adds detailed resonance, decay and tonal colour, supported by a newly designed 12W-per-channel speaker system with added depth through the lower register.
Built-in Wi-Fi integrates the FP-40 with Piano Sphere, offering personalised guidance, real-time feedback, progress tracking, three guided courses and 100 songs without an ongoing subscription. Bluetooth 5.4 Audio/MIDI and USB-C make it easy to work with phones, tablets and computers, while headphones support quiet practice and the headset input suits online lessons, streaming and video creation.
There are 305 internal tones, 256-note polyphony, Dual, Split, Twin Piano, metronome and recording functions. An AC adaptor, DP-2 pedal switch, music rest and USB-C cable are included.
