Vintage-Worn Looks with Lively Single-Coil Snap

The Patina Guitars PS-6 delivers classic SSS character through three custom handwound Alnico V single-coils rated at 7k output. Expect clear attack, bright chime and the familiar quack of the in-between positions, with enough bite to stay articulate when you push into drive. A five-way switch, one volume and two tone controls keep the setup familiar and direct.

The quarter-sawn Roasted Maple neck uses a Modern C profile with a Satin Nitrocellulose finish, paired with a Rosewood fingerboard and 349.3 mm (13.75”) radius. Its 647.7 mm (25.5”) scale, 42 mm (1.65”) bone nut and 22 rounded-edge jumbo stainless steel frets give the neck a smooth, durable feel, while luminescent side dots help on darker stages.

The lightweight Paulownia body wears a Sherwood Green Nitrocellulose finish with light relicing, including checking and wear for an already played-in appearance. A tremolo bridge, 19:1 locking tuners, Chrome hardware and Tortoiseshell pickguard complete the build.
