Bright SSS Detail with a Nitro Finish That Ages with You

The Patina Guitars PS-3 is built around three custom handwound Alnico V single-coils, each rated at 7k output, for the snap, chime and in-between quack associated with an SSS layout. Clean tones stay articulate, while drive retains focus and bite without becoming harsh, making it easy to move between crisp rhythm work and more pushed sounds.

A quarter-sawn Roasted Maple neck with Satin finish and Modern C profile is paired with a Rosewood fingerboard and 349.3 mm (13.75”) radius. The 647.7 mm (25.5”) scale, 42 mm (1.65”) bone nut and 22 rounded-edge jumbo stainless steel frets give the neck a smooth, durable playing surface, while luminescent side dots help on dark stages.

The lightweight Paulownia body wears a Sherwood Green Nitrocellulose finish that can check and wear naturally over time. A tremolo bridge, 19:1 locking tuners and Chrome hardware complete the setup.
