Shimmering Singles with a Stronger Bridge Voice

The Patina Guitars PS-4 HSS combines two custom handwound Alnico V single-coils with a 16k bridge humbucker, giving you bright shimmer through the neck and middle positions with extra muscle when you switch to the bridge. Clean parts stay articulate, while overdrive remains tight and focused, making the HSS layout useful for moving between detailed rhythm work and heavier lead or riff tones.

The quarter-sawn Roasted Maple neck has a Modern C profile and Satin Nitrocellulose finish, paired with a Rosewood fingerboard and 349.3 mm (13.75”) radius. A 647.7 mm (25.5”) scale, 42 mm (1.65”) bone nut and 22 rounded-edge jumbo stainless steel frets give the guitar a smooth, modern playing surface. Luminescent side dots help with positioning on dark stages.

The lightweight Paulownia body is finished in Lake Placid Blue Nitrocellulose, allowing it to check and wear naturally over time. A tremolo bridge, 19:1 locking tuners, Chrome hardware and Tortoiseshell pickguard complete the setup.
