The Orange OR60 is a 60-watt UK-built all-valve guitar amp head designed for players who want clarity, headroom and controllable power-amp response. Driven by a pair of 6L6 power valves, the OR60 delivers tight low end, focused mids and open high frequencies, making it equally capable of sparkling cleans, edge-of-breakup textures and saturated drive. A switchable 60W/30W mode allows the output stage to be pushed harder at lower volumes, changing feel and compression without altering the amp’s core voice.

The dedicated Presence and Resonance controls shape the high and low end of the power section itself, allowing fine adjustment to suit different cabinets and rooms. The Resonance dial directly controls low-end depth and tightness, which affects how the amp responds under palm-muted or percussive playing. A Bright switch lifts treble response for added definition with darker pickups.
