Made in Europe from Baltic birch, it offers a warm, resonant low end when played through the centre, while the Almond Birch frontplate responds with crisp snare-style articulation at the top corners. Dual internal fixed snare wires sit against the inside of the frontplate for an immediate, sensitive snap, giving players a wide dynamic range without needing additional hardware. Rubber feet keep the cajon stable, and the rear sound port helps project the low-end response.
