Plexi-Era Marshall Drive in a Jimi Hendrix Edition Half Stack
The Marshall SV20HJMH and SV212JMH Studio Series Jimi Hendrix Edition brings plexi-inspired valve tone into a more manageable 20W half stack. The all-valve head uses two ECC83 preamp valves, an ECC83 phase splitter and two EL34 power valves, covering everything from warm blues tones to biting leads. A power reduction switch drops output from 20W to 5W when you want the same character at a more practical level.
Four instrument inputs and two bridgeable channels let you shape and combine Normal and High Treble voices, with Treble, Middle, Bass and Presence controls for further adjustment. A switchable series effects loop and DI output add useful flexibility for modern rigs and recording.
The matching 8-ohm SV212JMH cabinet houses two 12" Celestion V-Type speakers with 140W power handling. Both pieces feature the special Purple and Black psychedelic Hendrix-inspired design and are made in the UK. A speaker cable and detachable power cable are included.
