M-Audio Oxygen Pro 49 49-Key MIDI USB Controller Keyboard
Make the most of your new gear with the below
Deep DAW Control with Semi-Weighted Keys, Aftertouch and Smart Performance Tools
The M-Audio Oxygen Pro 49 combines a 49-key PrecisionTouch semi-weighted keybed with velocity sensitivity and Channel Aftertouch, giving you more expressive control over virtual instruments without filling the front panel with unnecessary complexity. Sixteen velocity-sensitive RGB pads handle beat programming, clip launching and Note Repeat, while eight assignable knobs and nine assignable faders put plugin and mixer parameters within easy reach.
Auto-mapping integrates transport, channel, pan and other controls with major DAWs, while dedicated Preset and DAW modes streamline switching between software control tasks. Smart Chord can trigger complete or custom chord voicings from a single key or pad, and Smart Scale restricts the keyboard to notes within your chosen scale. A built-in arpeggiator adds Type, Octave, Gate and Swing controls for rhythmic parts.
USB MIDI handles computer connection and power, while a 5-pin MIDI output lets you control external MIDI hardware. There is also a 6.35 mm (1/4") sustain pedal input, pitch and modulation wheels, assignable keyboard zones and an OLED display. A MIDI editor and software production suite are included.
At Riffs & Licks Music, we think this MIDI controller is ideal for producers and performers who want expressive keys alongside substantial hands-on DAW, plugin and beat-making control.
