Compact 4.5-Inch Monitoring with Room-Tuning Controls
The M-Audio BX4 is a compact pair of powered monitors designed for music production, content creation, gaming and everyday desktop listening. Each speaker combines a 4.5" Black Kevlar low-frequency driver with a 1" natural silk dome tweeter, while a computer-optimised waveguide helps maintain precise stereo imaging. The system delivers 120W total peak output with a frequency response of 69 Hz–22 kHz.
High and Low EQ controls let you tailor the response to your room and listening position, while enhanced rear ports extend the low-frequency response. A Left/Right Active Speaker Position switch lets you choose which speaker carries the front-mounted volume control, giving you more freedom when arranging them around your desk.
Connectivity includes stereo RCA, dual 6.35 mm (1/4") TRS and front 3.5 mm (1/8") AUX inputs, plus a front headphone output for private listening. Each speaker measures 156 × 175 × 225 mm (6.1" × 6.9" × 8.9"). Foam feet and three audio/interconnect cables are included, along with MPC Beats software.
