The Ibanez SR505N MAM in Midnight Arctic Ocean Matte is a 5-string SR bass for players who want extended low-end range with a punchier, more assertive pickup voice. Its okoume body provides a bright, solid sound, while the matte finish and black hardware give the bass a sharp modern look without adding unnecessary flash.

The SR5 5-piece roasted maple/walnut neck is heat-treated for increased stability, durability and resistance to moisture and temperature changes. With a 864 mm (34”) scale, 45 mm (1.77”) nut width, rosewood fretboard, 305 mm (12”) radius and 24 medium frets, it keeps the low B string accessible while still feeling quick for runs, fills and position shifts.

Nordstrand Big Break pickups give the SR505N a full-bodied, aggressive voice with meaty split-coil punch, clear single-coil-style definition and noiseless performance.
