The Ibanez RGD7521PB 7-String electric guitar features a longer than usual 26.5" scale length, optimized for the demands of down-tuning.  The longer scale length provides a stable platform to obtain the thick, rich tone required when tuning down to lower pitches.  The Nyatoh RGD body is capped with a Poplar Burl top finished in Deep Seafloor Fade Flat - a beautiful blue to natural fade.  The Wizard II roasted maple neck is slim and low profile for fast performance.  A Jatoba fretboard with 24 jumbo frets feels great under the fingers.

The Ibanez RGD7521PB features a pair of Dimarzio PAF7 pickups.  These lower output pickups embue a vintage vibe - clean and open low notes with warm and rounded highs.  These pickups are equally at home with clean and lower gain structures, as they are will full on grit and dirt.  A coil tap switch adds further sonic variation to the pickup selection.  A Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge is included for maximum transfer of vibration and tuning stability.
