The Ibanez Prestige S6670SK STB in Sunset Burst is a high-performance S-style electric guitar built for players who want fast playability, wide pickup range and expressive tremolo control. The Silky Oak top gives the guitar a striking exotic grain, while the African Mahogany body adds a solid foundation for lead work, rhythm parts and heavier gain sounds.
The Super Wizard HP 5-piece maple/walnut neck is extremely slim, measuring 17 mm (0.67”) at the 1st fret and 19 mm (0.75”) at the 12th fret, with KTS TITANIUM rods for added stability. A bound rosewood fingerboard, 430 mm (16.9”) radius, 24 jumbo frets and Prestige fret edge treatment make fast runs, wide bends and position shifts feel smooth and controlled.
The HSH DiMarzio pickup set covers a lot of ground: Air Norton in the neck, True Velvet single-coil in the middle and The Tone Zone in the bridge. The Lo-Pro Edge bridge, locking nut and Gotoh machine heads support tuning stability, and a hardshell case is included.
