Extended-Range Control with a Modern Design
The Ibanez MDM1005 MAM Mode Series bass expands the Mode concept into a five-string platform, offering added low-end range with the same clean, contemporary feel. A roasted maple neck improves stability and consistency, paired with a rosewood fretboard and 24 medium stainless steel frets for durability and smooth playability. The alder body keeps the response balanced, while the MDM body shape and Super All Access Neck Joint support comfortable access across the neck.
Delta S5J pickups deliver a clear, focused single-coil sound with hum-cancelling performance. The Sonitech S preamp provides detailed tonal shaping via a 3-band EQ, dual mid-range banks, and a three-way mid frequency selector, with a push-pull EQ bypass for passive operation. The MR5S bridge allows adjustable string spacing, and Aero-light machine heads help maintain overall balance. A gig bag is included.
