The Ibanez EWP16EWB GAO in Galaxy Aqua Open Pore is a piccolo acoustic guitar/guitalele built for players who want a compact 6-string instrument with plugged-in flexibility. Its cutaway tenor-style EW body and 432 mm (17”) scale give it a smaller, travel-friendly feel, while the A, E, C, G, D, A factory tuning gives it a bright, higher-pitched response.

The figured Ash top, back and sides give the instrument a striking grain pattern, matched with an open pore finish that keeps the look natural and tactile. An okoume neck, Purpleheart fretboard and 400 mm (15.75”) radius provide comfortable playability, with 19 frets and 9.6 mm (0.38”) string spacing for compact chord shapes and melodic lines.

The Ibanez undersaddle pickup and AEQ2U preamp make the EWP16EWB easy to amplify, with volume, bass, treble and onboard tuner controls. A 6.35 mm (1/4”) endpin output keeps connection simple, while Ibanez Advantage bridge pins make string changes easier. A gig bag is included.
