Warm Carbon Trebles with a Firmer Classical Response

Hannabach 725MHT Goldin Medium / High Tension classical nylon strings are made for players who want a firmer, more responsive set without moving into an overly hard feel. The Super-Carbon plain trebles have a softer, warmer sound than conventional carbon strings, so melody lines can stay clear without becoming too glassy or sharp.

The medium/high tension gives the set more resistance under the fingers than a lighter classical set, which is useful when you want rest-stroke melodies, arpeggios and vibrato to respond cleanly. There is enough pushback for controlled right-hand attack, but the warmer treble voice helps keep the top strings musical rather than brittle.

The wound basses use Hannabach’s gold coloured Goldin alloy, which is 100 percent nickel and cadmium free. The bass strings are designed for a clear, brilliant sound, giving the low end definition for classical repertoire, ensemble playing and pieces where bass movement needs to speak clearly.
