Full Hollow-Body Punch with Faster Attack and Better Feedback Control

The left-handed Gretsch G5420LH Electromatic Hollow Body combines a laminated Maple body with trestle block bracing to retain the lively resonance of a hollow guitar while increasing rigidity between the top and back. That design helps reduce unwanted feedback and gives the response more focus, snap and sustain. Two FT-5E Filter'Tron pickups deliver full-bodied punch, chime and clear note definition, with individual pickup volumes, master tone and a master volume with treble bleed for flexible control.

The set Maple neck uses a Classic “C” profile with a 304.8 mm (12”) radius Laurel fingerboard, 22 medium-jumbo frets and a 42.86 mm (1.6875”) Graph Tech NuBone nut. Its 625 mm (24.6”) scale keeps the strings feeling relatively compact under the fingers.

An Adjusto-Matic bridge with secured Laurel base, Gretsch G-cutout tailpiece and vintage-style open-back tuners complete the hardware. Orange Stain is paired with a Silver pickguard, Nickel hardware, bound F-holes and multi-ply body binding.
