Fast Modern Playability With Floyd Rose Pitch Control

The Gibson Victory Floyd Rose in Translucent Ebony Burst is a solidbody electric guitar designed for players who want quick response, extended range and stable tremolo performance. Its mahogany double-cutaway body and AA figured maple cap combine midrange weight with defined attack, while the 647.7mm (25.5") scale length adds a brighter, snappier feel that also suits drop tunings.

The set mahogany neck has a SlimTaper profile for fluid movement, and the ebony fingerboard uses a compound 254mm to 355.6mm (10" to 14") radius. This provides comfortable chording lower on the neck while supporting easy bends and low-action lead playing higher up. Twenty-four medium jumbo frets extend the available note range.

A Floyd Rose tremolo and locking nut help maintain tuning stability during expressive pitch changes. Two zebra-bobbin 80s Tribute humbuckers are controlled by a 3-way toggle, master volume and master tone. Push-pull switching adds coil splitting and inner or outer coil selection, providing varied humbucker and single-coil-style sounds without a crowded control layout. A hardshell case is included.
