The Gibson SG Standard '61 Maestro Vibrola pairs its lightweight Mahogany body with two 60s Burstbucker humbuckers, bringing a classic voice with extra power and top end. Two Volume and two Tone controls let you balance and shape each pickup independently, with hand-wired Orange Drop capacitors completing the traditional control setup.

The Mahogany neck has Gibson’s SlimTaper profile, giving the palm a leaner neck shape as you move between chords and lead positions. Its Rosewood fingerboard has a 304.8 mm (12") radius and 22 medium jumbo frets, while the 628.65 mm (24.75") scale gives bends and vibrato a slightly more relaxed string feel. The Maestro Vibrola adds smooth pitch movement without losing the unmistakable Lyre-style tailpiece look. An ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, Vintage Deluxe Keystone tuners, Nickel hardware and five-ply teardrop pickguard round out the Vintage Cherry finish. A Gibson hard shell case is included.
