The Gibson Les Paul Music City Special – 50th Anniversary in Ebony merges the 70s-era Marauder’s inspiration with touches from the Music City Jr. Its lightweight contoured poplar body is paired with a SlimTaper maple neck and a striped ebony fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and acrylic dot inlays. Chrome hardware includes a Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminium Stop Bar tailpiece, and Grover Mini Rotomatic tuners. Dual Gibson 70s Tribute humbuckers deliver rich tones, with master volume, master tone, and a three-way toggle for control. Finished in gloss nitrocellulose with a commemorative truss rod cover, this model is limited to 650 pieces and comes with a premium soft shell case.
