Classic Jazz Bass Construction Ready for a Custom Build or Replacement

The Fender Standard Series Jazz Bass Alder Body provides a genuine Fender foundation for replacing an existing body or starting a compatible Jazz Bass project. Constructed from Alder and finished in gloss polyester, it comes in Brown Sunburst with the familiar contoured Jazz Bass body shape.

The body is routed for a traditional SS pickup configuration and uses a five-screw vintage-style bridge mount. Bridge mounting holes are pre-drilled, along with the bridge ground-wire channel and two strap-button holes, while the neck pocket is prepared for a four-bolt mount. Pickguard mounting holes are left undrilled, giving the installer flexibility when matching the body with the intended pickguard.

This replacement body is designed for compatible Fender or Squier by Fender bass projects and is crafted at Fender’s Ensenada, Mexico facility.
