Compact Tweed Valve Tone with Gradual Breakup
The Fender Pro Junior IV in Lacquered Tweed is a compact 15W valve combo built for players who want simple controls, touch-sensitive response and classic Fender style. Its one-channel layout with Volume and Tone controls keeps the focus on the guitar, pedals and playing dynamics.
A Jensen 254 mm (10") P10R Alnico speaker delivers tight, well-balanced output with bright articulation and vintage-style breakup when pushed. The modified volume circuit allows more gradual gain changes, while the revoiced overdrive circuit tightens the bass response and improves clarity when the amp is driven harder.
The valve section uses 2 x EL84 power valves and 2 x 12AX7 preamp valves, with solid-state rectification, 8-ohm speaker impedance and 240V AUS operation. Lacquered tweed covering, vintage-style brown and gold grille cloth, chrome control panel, red LED jewel, black chicken-head knobs and a vintage leather strap handle complete the classic look.
