Classic Strat Character Without the Usual Single-Coil Hum

The Fender Pre-Wired Stratocaster Pickguard loads three Vintage Noiseless single coils into a complete SSS control assembly. These pickups keep the familiar clarity and snap of a Strat while reducing the hum that can become distracting under gain, on stage or in the studio.

Alnico 2 magnets give the attack a warmer, softer edge, with less aggressive midrange and more complex harmonics. Staggered, hand-bevelled pole pieces help the strings sound even across chords and lead lines, while the five-way switch covers each pickup individually plus the familiar bridge-and-middle and middle-and-neck combinations.

The controls include master volume, neck tone and shared bridge and middle tone, using a CTS 500K volume pot and CTS 1 Meg tone pots. The assembly comes fitted to a three-ply Black 11-hole pickguard with aged white covers and controls. Installation requires soldering the output-jack and ground wires.
