Broken-In Telecaster Comfort with Smooth Rosewood Playability
The Fender Player II Series Telecaster Neck pairs a Maple neck with a Rosewood fingerboard and a familiar Modern C profile, giving you a comfortable shape that suits a wide range of playing styles. Hand-rolled fingerboard edges add a gently broken-in feel, while the satin urethane finish on the back keeps position shifts smooth. A 241 mm (9.5") radius and 22 medium jumbo frets support fluid lead work and comfortable bends.
The neck measures 20.82 mm (0.820") thick at the first fret and 22.09 mm (0.870") at the 12th, with a 648 mm (25.5") scale and 42 mm (1.650") synthetic bone nut. Pilot string-location grooves in the nut assist with final slot filing.
A walnut skunk stripe, four-bolt mounting, head-adjust single-action truss rod and six pre-drilled dual-guide-pin tuner holes complete the design. Because the neck is supplied unmounted, qualified installation may require final nut cutting, fret work, neck-pocket fitting and setup.
