Comfortable Modern C Playability with a Smooth Maple Fingerboard

The Fender Player II Series Telecaster Neck gives you a familiar, easy-playing feel with a Maple neck, Maple fingerboard and versatile Modern C profile. Hand-rolled fingerboard edges soften the transition under your fingers, while the satin urethane finish on the back keeps position shifts feeling smooth. A 241 mm (9.5") radius and 22 medium jumbo frets provide a comfortable balance for chord work, fluid leads and clean bends.

The neck measures 20.82 mm (0.820") thick at the first fret and 22.09 mm (0.870") at the 12th, with a 648 mm (25.5") scale and 42 mm (1.650") synthetic bone nut. Pilot grooves in the nut simplify final string spacing and slot filing.

Four-bolt mounting, a head-adjust single-action truss rod, walnut skunk stripe and six pre-drilled dual-guide-pin tuner holes complete the design. As the neck is supplied unmounted, qualified installation may require nut cutting, fret work, neck-pocket fitting and setup.
