This set of American Vintage 65 Jazzmaster pickups feature vintage bobbin construction, and orignal-era period-correct cloth wiring. Made with Alnico V magnets, these pickups are wired and wound to precise specifications for authentic, traditional Fender tone and performance.
No other pickups project the iconoclastic clean-and-clear vintage-style tone, edgy snarl and undeniable texture of the 1965 Fender Jazzmaster like Pure Vintage pickups. At 6.8k Ohm DC Resistance, these pickups can be considered slightly more towards the vintage, as opposed to hot, end of the output spectrum. The neck pickup has enhanced Treble and Bass, while the bridge pickup features slightly more treble, than mids and bass.
