Pre-Cut Medium Jumbo Fretwire for Fender Bass Refrets and Repairs

The Fender MIJ Standard Bass Frets provide 24 pieces of medium jumbo fretwire for repairing or refretting compatible bass guitar fingerboards. Made from 18% nickel-silver alloy, the fretwire is the same type used by Fender and comes pre-cut and pre-radiused to simplify preparation during installation.

Each fret is pre-radiused to 177.8 mm (7”) for use with bass fingerboards featuring a 241.3 mm (9.5”) radius. Individual pieces measure approximately 1.17 mm (0.046”) tall, 2.62 mm (0.103”) wide and 71.4 mm (2 13/16”) long. The medium jumbo dimensions provide a substantial fret profile while retaining the original specification intended for these applications.

Made in Japan, the pack contains 24 individual frets ready for use in a complete refret or individual fret repairs.
