Fender American Professional Stratocaster RW Oxblood

Expanded Strat Switching with a Smooth Rosewood-Board Feel

The Fender American Professional Stratocaster keeps the bell-like chime and warmth of three V-Mod III single coils while adding a useful twist to the familiar 5-way layout. Press the push-push tone control and the neck pickup joins the active selection, opening up bridge-and-neck together as well as all three pickups at once for sounds beyond the standard Strat combinations.

A Deep “C” Maple neck with rolled Rosewood fingerboard edges and a “Super-Natural” satin urethane finish on the back gives you a smooth surface for moving between positions. The 241 mm (9.5") radius, 22 Narrow Tall frets and sculpted heel support comfortable bends and easier upper-register access across the 648 mm (25.5") scale.

The Alder body brings a balanced, even tonal character with clear mids, complemented visually by the deep Oxblood finish and 3-ply Black pickguard. The 2-point synchronized tremolo uses a cold-rolled steel block to increase sustain, clarity and high-end sparkle, while ClassicGear Radial bent-steel saddles allow straightforward action and intonation adjustment. A Deluxe Moulded Case is included.

At Riffs & Licks Music, we think this Stratocaster will appeal to players who want the familiar clarity and warmth of a three-single-coil Strat with extra switching range and a comfortable Rosewood-board neck.
