Fender American Professional HotShot Telecaster SSS MN Aged Cherry Burst

Telecaster Snap with Expanded SSS Switching and a Familiar Modern Neck

The Fender American Professional HotShot Telecaster takes the core Telecaster formula and opens it up with a three-single-coil layout. V-Mod III Telecaster pickups sit at the neck and bridge, while a V-Mod III Stratocaster single coil fills the middle position. A 5-position blade handles the main selections, and the push-push tone control adds the neck pickup for further combinations beyond the standard five-way layout.

The Maple neck uses a Deep “C” profile with rolled fingerboard edges and a “Super-Natural” satin urethane finish on the back, giving it a substantial but smooth feel as you move along the neck. The 241 mm (9.5") Maple fingerboard radius and 22 Narrow Tall frets keep fretting and bends comfortable, while the sculpted heel improves access higher up the 648 mm (25.5") scale.

An Ash body, Aged Cherry Burst polyurethane finish and 4-ply Aged White Pearloid pickguard give it a distinctive look. The 3-saddle bridge can be strung through the body or top-loaded and uses compensated Brass Bullet saddles. A Deluxe Moulded Case is included.

At Riffs & Licks Music, we think this Telecaster is ideal for players who want the attack and character of a Tele but need a broader SSS switching palette without moving away from familiar Fender feel.
