Slightly underwound for vintage output, these SSS pickups are crafted around Alnico 2 magnets for warm attack, smooth midrange and a softer feel under the pick.

Formvar-coated magnet wire adds brighter tone with enhanced high-frequency response, while staggered bevelled pole pieces help balance volume and output across the strings. The reverse-wound middle pickup helps eliminate hum in positions 2 and 4, making the classic in-between Strat sounds more practical for clean passages and lower-gain playing.

Shellac potting helps resist feedback while preserving high frequencies, and period-correct cloth-covered lead wire with fibre bobbin construction adds vintage-style detail. This USA-made set comes in Aged White and includes installation hardware.
