The Fender American Coastline ’57 Stratocaster Pickups set is based on Fender Pure Vintage designs, with a slightly overwound voice for enhanced warmth, focus and punch. These pickups retain classic Stratocaster chime and clarity while adding greater tonal depth and harmonic richness.

Alnico 5 bevelled magnets provide focused dynamics, while Formvar-coated magnet wire enhances high-frequency response for clear, articulate playing. Staggered bevelled pole pieces help balance volume and output across the strings, giving the set a more even response across chords, lead lines and clean passages.

The reverse-wound middle pickup helps eliminate hum in positions 2 and 4, making the classic in-between Strat sounds more practical. Period-correct cloth-covered lead wire and fibre bobbin construction add original-era detail, while wax potting helps resist feedback and protect the internal wiring. Installation hardware is included.
