A Telecaster Design Reimagined with Cabronita Simplicity and FilterTron Voice

The Telecaster platform has remained influential for more than seventy years because of its direct response and reliable performance in stages, studios and rehearsal rooms around the world. The 75th Anniversary American Professional Classic Cabronita Telecaster approaches that design from a slightly different angle. Instead of traditional Telecaster single coils, this model uses a pair of TV Jones TV Classic pickups, giving the instrument a broader tonal range while keeping the Telecaster's clear attack and fast response.

TV Jones TV Classic pickups are known for combining punchy midrange with bright, open top end. The result is a tone that stays articulate when playing chords but adds extra depth and body compared with typical single-coil Telecaster pickups. A three-position toggle switch allows quick selection between the neck and bridge voices, giving players access to both fuller rhythm tones and sharper lead sounds.

An alder body provides balanced resonance with controlled lows and focused mids, helping the guitar remain clear in a mix. The Modern C maple neck and 9.5 inch radius fingerboard create a familiar, comfortable feel across the entire neck. Medium jumbo frets make bends and vibrato easier while still supporting accurate fretting for rhythm playing.

The six-saddle string-through-body bridge with polished block steel saddles allows precise intonation adjustment while maintaining the strong attack associated with Telecaster bridge designs. Deluxe sealed tuning machines with pearloid buttons offer smooth tuning response and stable pitch during extended playing.
