Iconic SG Bass Style with Long-Scale Versatility
The Epiphone SG Bass EB-3 in Ebony brings the distinctive look and rock-ready character of a classic SG-style bass into a practical long-scale format. Its Mahogany body and Mahogany SlimTaper D-profile neck give it a familiar, comfortable feel, while the 863.6 mm (34") scale length provides the tension and response players expect from a full-scale bass.
The Rosewood fretboard features 22 frets, trapezoid inlays and a 41.9 mm (1.65") nut width, giving the bass a traditional playing layout under the fingers. Nickel hardware adds to the vintage-style presentation.
A Sidewinder neck humbucker and NYT Bass Mini Humbucker at the bridge provide a versatile EB-3-style pickup pairing. With 2 Volume controls, 2 Tone controls and a 3-way chickenhead toggle, players can move between deep neck warmth, tighter bridge definition and blended bass voices. A gig bag is included.
