Clear Humbucker Punch with a Quick ’60s Neck
The Epiphone Les Paul Custom Figured balances the warmth of a Mahogany body with the extra snap and definition of a carved hard Maple cap and AAA flame Maple veneer. Its ProBucker 2 neck pickup delivers smooth, rounded tones for clean chords and fluid leads, while the hotter ProBucker 3 bridge pickup keeps riffs focused and solos cutting through the mix.
CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors and ’50s-style wiring help the sound stay clear as the volume is rolled back, giving the controls a useful range beyond simply loud or quiet. The ’60s SlimTaper C Mahogany neck feels fast without becoming insubstantial, and the Ebony fingerboard gives bends, vibrato and technical runs a firm, crisp response.
A 628.7 mm (24.75”) scale, 304.8 mm (12”) radius and 22 medium-jumbo frets keep lead work comfortable. Gold hardware, multi-ply binding and the Iced Tea Burst finish complete the Custom presentation. An Epiphone Premium Gig Bag is included.
