The Epiphone Inspired By SG Standard Ebony captures the fast feel and sharp attack that made the SG a rock icon. Its contoured double-cutaway mahogany body keeps things lightweight and balanced, while giving full access to all 22 frets. A glued-in mahogany neck enhances sustain and resonance, shaped to a comfortable SlimTaper C profile that feels quick without sacrificing control.
The bound rosewood fingerboard features a 12" (304.8 mm) radius and medium jumbo frets for smooth chording and confident bends. A ProBucker 2 in the neck delivers warm, articulate tones, while the hotter ProBucker 3 in the bridge adds bite and punch for driven sounds. Independent volume and tone controls with a three-way toggle offer flexible tonal shaping. Grover Rotomatic tuners, a Graph Tech nut and LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge with Stop Bar tailpiece ensure dependable tuning stability. Supplied with a premium gig bag.
