The Epiphone Inspired By SG Standard Cherry delivers the unmistakable feel and tone that made the SG a stage staple. Its contoured double-cutaway mahogany body keeps weight manageable while offering effortless access to all 22 frets. A glued-in mahogany neck enhances sustain and resonance, paired with a comfortable SlimTaper C profile that feels fast without being overly thin.
The bound rosewood fingerboard features a 12" (304.8 mm) radius and medium jumbo frets for smooth chord work and confident bends. A ProBucker 2 in the neck and slightly hotter ProBucker 3 in the bridge provide warm vintage character with enough output for modern rock tones. Independent volume and tone controls with a three-way toggle give flexible sound shaping. Grover Rotomatic tuners, a Graph Tech nut and LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge with Stop Bar tailpiece ensure reliable tuning and intonation. Supplied with a premium gig bag.
