Classic ’60s Les Paul Tone with SlimTaper Precision

The Epiphone Inspired By Les Paul Standard ’60s Blueberry Burst combines a mahogany body with a maple cap to produce the thick midrange warmth and singing sustain associated with traditional Les Paul construction. Mahogany delivers depth and harmonic richness, while the maple top adds brightness and articulation, helping chords remain defined under higher gain settings. With no weight relief, the body maintains a solid, substantial feel and extended sustain.

The glued-in mahogany neck features a SlimTaper 60s C profile that offers a slimmer carve suited to faster lead playing and fluid rhythm work. A 24.75" (628.65 mm) scale length provides slightly reduced string tension compared to longer-scale designs, supporting expressive bends and smooth vibrato. The bound rosewood fingerboard with a 12" (304.8 mm) radius and 22 medium jumbo frets allows comfortable chording and controlled bending across the register.

ProBucker 2 and ProBucker 3 humbuckers deliver balanced output, with the bridge pickup offering extra bite and drive while the neck remains warm and rounded. Individual volume and tone controls with CTS potentiometers enable precise shaping. LockTone Tune-O-Matic and Stop Bar hardware, Grover Rotomatic tuners and a Graph Tech nut enhance tuning stability.
