The Epiphone Inspired By Les Paul Special Double Cut Cherry Red delivers raw, immediate response built around a slab mahogany body and glued-in mahogany neck. Mahogany construction emphasises midrange warmth and natural sustain, while the double cutaway design gives clear access to the highest frets for lead work and expressive phrasing.

The 60s SlimTaper neck profile provides a fast, comfortable grip that suits both rhythm and lead playing. A bound rosewood fingerboard with a 12" (304.8 mm) radius and 22 medium jumbo frets supports smooth bends and accurate intonation. Two Epiphone P-90 PRO Soapbar pickups supply articulate single-coil bite with more midrange push than traditional low-output single coils. P-90 pickups retain clarity under gain, making them ideal for blues, rock and gritty rhythm tones. Individual volume and tone controls allow detailed balancing between sparkling cleans and aggressive overdrive.
